How to delete your account
- In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account, or
- Sign in below with the Google account you use in PDF Genesis and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address and profile picture
- Every PDF you uploaded, including edited copies
- The text read from your PDFs, summaries and suggested questions
- All your chats with the AI
- Your usage history and any reports you sent about AI answers
Everything is deleted straight away and cannot be recovered. We do not keep a copy of your account or documents after deletion.
